We are planning a comfortable, spacious home for about twelve seniors. Each resident will occupy either a bed-sitter or a one bedroom suite, all with ensuite bathrooms. Residents will furnish and decorate their own suites. Each room or suite will open onto a small patio or garden area. Common areas will include a kitchen, dining room, recreation area, large community living room and possibly other space available for community activities and events. In addition, the house will have quarters for the live-in coordinator and a small guest suite available for rental.
